Paul’s passion for his family and community spirit is

industry.
Since joining Century 21 in late 2008, Paul was
recognized as the Number 1 Sales Person for Century
21 in WA in 2010, promoting him to Century 21’s
elite club known as a “Centurion”. Paul’s hard work,
commitment and dedication to his clients are the key
elements to his success. This success has also now
seen him recognised as Emerald, Ruby & Diamond
status of the exclusive Century 21 Masters Club. Other notable achievements consist of,
Centurion Producer 2010, 2013, 2014 & 2015 (top 2% in Real Estate Worldwide for Century 21)
Various Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver & Bronze Quarterly awards.
Prior to his career in Real Estate Paul lived in Wagin with his family and worked within his family’s
manufacturing business, as General Manager of Production & Logistics. Many of the skills he
developed there he has been able to utilize well in his real estate career. Whilst a natural networker
and diligent hard worker, it is his “country-boy” charm and values which he is most known for among
his clients and colleagues. Whilst in Wagin, Paul coached ( A B C grade) football for Wagin Football
Club and later a commentator on local radio sports show & games. Paul played League Football for
the East Perth football club after stints with Perth & South Fremantle football clubs. Again along
sporting lines, Paul became a Life Member of the Wagin Cricket Club and also served on the Country
Cricket Board executive for country cricket at the WACA.
Paul has spent some time overseas. In fact, he lived and worked in San Francisco for several years. He
has two daughters still living in the USA from his first marriage and he often travels back to visit
family and friends, along with his current wife, Karen, who also spent an extended time living in San
Francisco.
Paul and Karen both lived and schooled in Wagin together before their lives took different paths,
until fate brought them together again 20 years later. Since then they have been blessed with two
beautiful sons, Wilder and Arden, who are now being schooled here in Mandurah.
Paul and his family now live in Silver Sands and enjoy the beach lifestyle with many kicks of the footy
or a spot of fishing at the beach. Paul’s parents have been long term residents of Mandurah and it
has been a very natural fit for Paul to move here, where he has enjoyed many a summer holiday as
younger person, and now shares this fun lifestyle with his own family.
Paul is also a local Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Mandurah Inc.
