ing passage, ''The spirit of the Lord is upon Me, wherefore He hath anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor. He hath sent Me to heal the contrite of heart, to preach deliverance to the captive, and sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable time of the Lord and the day of reward.''
The eyes of all who were in the synagogue were xed upon Him as He rolled up the scroll and handed it back totherulerofthesynagogue. ThenHebegantospeak.
