and fell asleep on the ground. When Cham saw his father overcome by wine and sleeping on the ground: he called his brothers and made sport of him. But they were grieved at Cham's conduct, and covered their father with a cloak, for they loved him.
When Noe awoke and heard what had happened, he was angry and cursed Cham, saying that he would always be the servant of his brothers. He gave his blessing to Sem and Japheth for the love and respect they had shown him. Noe lived many years after the
ood and he was a very old man when he died.
