A third time He came to His apostles, but this time He said, '' Sleep ye now and take your rest. The hour is at hand. Behold, the Son of Man shall be betrayed into the hands of sinners. Rise up, let us go. Behold, he that will betray Me is at hand."
While He was yet speaking, they heard a great noise The ki in the distance. Voices were calling to one another, 01 Judas and through the trees they could see the glow of torches. It was Judas Iscariot, coming at the head of
a band of soldiers and servants whom he had received
from the chief priests and the Pharisees. Judas knew
that Jesus often came to the Garden of Gethsemani
with His apostles. Armed with swords and clubs, with lanterns and torches light their way, the soldiers
