gPlex® Payment Processing Service
User Manual
(Over-the-Phone and Manual Secure Credit Card Payment Processing System)
Introduction: gPlex® Payment Processing service is based on a standalone software-as-a-service
system facilitating companies to comply with PSI-DSS standards for over the phone and manual credit
card payment processing. It allows a caller to enter sensitive credit card information for payments using
phone keypad without having to disclose it verbally to the agent of the party accepting the payment. This
document contains the user instructions on the gPlex® Payment Processing service:
Login to gPlex® Payment Processing System
Go to http://payments.gplex.com This will open the below window (Fig 1):

Enter your login credentials and press the Login button (Fig 1). This will open the below page
