Step 2:    Select product. You may keep Reference ID box blank or type in reference ID if any (Fig 4).  Do NOT
               press the Start Session   button yet.

               Step 3:   (Default i.e. Automatic Payment Mode)
                       a.     Under Automatic Payment Mode (default mode) the Agent MUST be on call session with the
                              customer before pressing Start Session   button (Fig 4).
                       b.     While in call session the Agent should press ‘Start Session’ button (Fig 4).  This will open the
                              Payment Form as in Fig 5:

                       c.     You will see an authorization Code on the top right hand side of the page.  This code
                              will remain visible for  15 seconds only.  Within  this  time key-in or type  the
                              Authorization Code in your Agent Phone Set. This will change the status to Ready
                              mode as shown in Fig 6 below.  Note:  You MUST be in READY mode to start entering
                              credit card information.
