4.c.    Stop and Resume Call Recording:   Using your IP Phone set simply key in *9 to Stop
               recording and *7 to resume recording.

               Note:  Every call will have call record but there will be NO call recording from the time *9 is keyed

               in until *7 is keyed in using the Agent's IP phone.    Example:              Call_begin xxxxxx *9 my
               card number is  4222333344445555 *7  yyyyyyyy  Call_End.  The  call  record  will  be:

               Call_begin xxxxxx yyyyyyyy Call_End.


               Step 5:
               In the authorization window enter your notes on the payment (if any) and then press Submit button.

               Payment log
               From time-to-time an Agent may check payment/transactions.  To do so click the link Payment Log on the
               menu bar  (see Fig 11 below).
