3268 to obtain a LATITUDE USB Cellular Adapter.
There is a cost for the equipment unless your clinic
has made other arrangements. If a replacement
adapter is needed, contact LATITUDE Patient
Services. Refer to “Cellular Data Network” on page
66 for more information.

Where to Place Your USB Cellular Adapter
Important: Maintain a distance of at least 6 inches
(15 cm) between the USB Cellular Adapter and your
implanted device.

Place your USB Cellular Adapter:
• Away from other electronic products or metal
surfaces.
• Alongside the Communicator and not under or
on top of it.
