Description: The Communicator was able to
establish a connection, but no
information reached the LATITUDE
system.

Action: • Check that the switches on the
bottom of the Communicator are
set correctly for your country and
whether you need to dial a number
to get an outside line. Refer to
“Confirming Switch Settings” on
page 18.

If using the Internet (LATITUDE USB
Ethernet Adapter):
• Make sure that other computers or
devices connected to your internet
modem or router are able to access
the internet.
If using Internet (LATITUDE Wireless
Internet Adapter):
• Make sure that other computers or
devices connected to your internet
modem or router are able to access
the internet.
