director, officer, partner in, or trustee of such a person shall be disqualified from continuing in
office if he or she ceases to have any such affiliation with that person, or if that person would
have been disqualified from continuing in such office as a natural person.
ARTICLE 2. DESCRIPTION OF REAL PROPERTY AND BUILDINGS
2.1 The Real Property included in the Condominium is described in Exhibit A
attached hereto.
2.2 The Condominium shall include three (3) buildings, denominated as Building
"A", Building "B", and "Townhouse Building." Each building is of frame construction, being
principally constructed of wood and plaster, with exterior siding, as is the principal outbuilding,
the Cabana Clubhouse.
Buildings "A" and "B" are each of two stories, except that the northerly end of
each building includes a third story as well, as shown by the condominium plat. Buildings "A"
and "B" each contain two and three bedroom Units, each of which Units is located entirely on
one floor. The Townhouse Building is of two stories, containing seven (7) townhouse Units,
each of which units has living area on both floors.
A fOUl1h building, the Cabana Clubhouse, which is a common facility and
contains no Units, is also located on the Property, as shown in the condominium plat. The
Cabana Clubhouse is a one-story building, and contains a party room, two bathrooms, two
showers, and a storage room.
ARTICLE 3. DESCRIPTION OF UNITS
Exhibit B attached hereto sets forth the following:
3.1 Number of Units. There are a total of29 Units.
3.2 Unit Number. The Identifying Number of Each Unit created by the Declaration.
3.3 Unit Description. With respect to each existing Unit:
(a) The approximate square footage;
(b) The number of bathrooms, whole or partial;
(c) The number of room designated primarily as bedrooms;
(d) The number of built-in fireplaces;
(e) The level or levels on which each unit is located.
