             Guacamole                                                                    Antioxidant Trail Mix

             •  2 Avocados                                                                • 1 c. Pecans
             •  Lime                                                                      • 1 c. Almonds
             •  Cloves of Garlic,                                                         • 1/2 c. Raisins
             •  Minced 1 small Tomato or Salsa                                            • 1/2 c. Dark Chocolate Chips
             •  1 tsp. Sea Salt                                                             (unsweetened)
             •  1/2 tsp. Dill                                                             • 1 c. Dried Apple Slices
             Spoon out avocados into large bowl.                                          • Sea Salt sprinkled,

             Add lime juice, minced garlic, and chopped tomato.                           • Cinnamon sprinkled
             With a spoon, mash together until mixture becomes
             creamy. Add sea salt and dill. Refrigerate and serve                         Combine all ingredients

              •  ¼ cup Sliced                                                             • 1 tsp Sea Salt

              •  Orange/Yellow/                                                           • 1 tsp Black Pepper
              •  Red Peppers
