Gluten Free Pancakes Hummus
BREAKFAST SNACKS
• 1 1 c. Gluten Free Pancake Mix 2 Eggs • 2 cans Garbanzo Beans
• 1/2 c. Coconut Milk • 1/4 c.Raw Sesame Seeds
• 1/2 c. Canned Pumpkin • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 1/2 c. Fresh or Frozen Blueberries 1 tsp. Vanilla • 1/4 c. Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp. Cinnamon • 1 Garlic Clove, peeled
• 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil • 1 tsp. Cumin
• Sea Salt to taste
Combine wet ingredients in a bowl (except
blueberries). Whisk in dry ingredients carefully to Drain and rinse garbanzo beans, reserving 1/4 c.

• 1 c. Blueberries Milk Yogurt 4
• 1 c. Coconut Flakes • Tbsp Almond Butter
Add pinch of Cinnamon. Toss • 2 Tbsp Flax Seeds or Flax Meal
