He is board-certified in neurology and has expertise in the care of
stroke and other severe neurological disease as well as general
outpatient neurology.
Additional services include the application of electrophysiological
studies (EMG and nerve conduction tests) for the investigation of
neuromuscular disease, and EEG interpretation.
He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology.
My Patient Care Philosophy
My father was an accomplished clinician and I have tried to follow
in his footsteps. While neurology has evolved rapidly since I began
my training, and offers tremendous new benefits for the care of
people with nervous system disease, it is not enough to just mas-
ter the complex intellectual aspects of this field. Understanding
our patients beyond their diagnoses, and learning about them as
people remain the foundations of good neurological care.
