Our assiciation benefits for our patients of the nurshing home

For our long term patients we are going to repaint their room

with bright cheerful colors of their choice to make them happy!

We will also repaint all of the other rooms for short stay patients

as needed in the coming months as they vacate their room.

The building roofs are beginning to age and are in need of being

replaced, rooms facing the stunner areas will be replaced sooner.

This project will be funded by the patient and employee associa-

tion and will be pay for by the owner on a long term intrest bar-

ing note which will be renewed in January of each year. The own-

ers have keep the cost of operating the nurshing home as low as

possible and will to continue to in the future because of this.

If the current owners sold the nurshing home the note remaining

balance would be paid at the closing of the sale. We feel this is a

win – win agreement for the association and the owner. Other

repairs and or replacements with be paid by the owner as need-

ed. Repairing the roofs is very necessary to ensure the ceilings

and walls do not have any rainwater to seep into the buildings

and cause expensive repair cost and to keep the rooms dry.
