Our assiciation benefits for our employees of the nurshing home

We have a wonderful group of employees at our nurshing home

who are very dictated to our patients and to our company! Our

staff are just like all of us and need help sometime.

All of our registered nurses are required to have countering edu-

cation which is expensive and are required to travel to Seattle or

Oregon for the required classes. We also have many other sup-

port staff who serve our patients for their daily care. In addition

to these fine people we have a dedicated group of people in our

kitchen and maintaince department.

We are very blessed to have so many people who are so loving

and caring to provide their skills to our patient community.

All of our staff are members of our patient and employee associa-

tion if they wish to be. You man wonder why patients and em-

ployee are both members of association. The quick and easier

answer is they both derive benefits of being part of the associa-

tion. Our employees and patients and employees need and re-

quire help sometimes. By both of them being in an association

they help each other for their needs and requirements. On the
