   Following are some of the employee benefits of the assiciation




                      •  Receive a loan prior to paydays for emergency's



            •  May be able to receive a grant to pay for their education



           •  Receive vacation time in a cash payment prior to vacation



      •  Receive cash for a family emergency if approved by the board



      •  May receive normal pay when employee or spouse has a baby



   There may be other grants or early payments for other challenges



   an employee may be able to receive if the association board ap-



   proves the challenge the employee or their family may have.



   Each grant or payment must be approved in advance prior the




   payment, their may be a loan for other issuses and employee may



   require, this type of loan requires the association approval.



   These grants, loans or payments are primarily for emergency's or



   the employee or for family emergency's . This program is to help



   employees and or their family to provide our employees a safety



   net to help them with life's challenges and will be detrained on



   each requested and may not be approved for each request. The



   requests may or may not be approved for other employees.



   This program helps employees - patients with happy employees !
