WILD WONDERS® PIZZA BIANCA
           Sunset®
           2 Tbsp olive oil
           1 Tbsp minced fresh garlic
           ½ tsp kosher salt
           2 lb store-bought pizza dough,
            at room temperature
           All-purpose   our
           2 cups shredded mozzarella, divided
           3 cups sliced Wild Wonders® tomatoes
           20 fresh basil leaves
           Coarse sea salt
           Preheat oven to 450 F.
           In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic and kosher salt.
           Divide pizza dough into 4 even balls. Using a lightly
             oured rolling pin and working surface, roll out each
           portion of dough into an 8- to 9-inch circle, about ¼
           inch thick. Transfer dough to a lightly greased baking
           sheet. Repeat for remaining dough.
           Brush top of each crust with ¼ of the garlic oil mixture
           and sprinkle each with ½ cup mozzarella. Arrange
           tomatoes evenly over mozzarella on each pizza. Top
           each with 5 basil leaves. Bake until cheese is melted
           and lightly browned, about 12 minutes. Finish with
           a touch of sea salt. Makes 4 pizzas.
