             IF is one way to speed up weight loss more if combined with low
             carb diet... sa mga naka 1 month na im sure by now hindi na

             kayo masyadong nagugutom... if thats the case pwede nyo na i

             practice mag IF starting with 12:12 meaning 12 hrs. fasting 12

             hrs feasting... ako I do this till now coz its more convenient for
             me since sa gabi ko ginagawa dka na masyadong kakain talga
             kasi sleeping hours na un.. my last food intake is at 8pm and 8am

             the following morning na ang breakfast ko thats a total of 12hrs

             fasting oh diba madali if you are working u can adjust it to 6pm
             to 6am... and pag sanay ka na like me minsan pag gising ko dipa

             gutom umaabot na ako ng 11am bago maka breakfast that
             means nadadagdagan na ang fasting hours ko nakakaabot na

             ako  ng 16hrs (16:8) which is mas mabilis makapayat... actually

             pwede 24 hrs ung iba 48 hrs.  pero dko na carry un kasi need ko
             pa rin ng nutrients...so ganun lng po ang fasting.. pero dipa

             advisable sa dipa nag low carb kasi gugutumin kayo.. whereas
             pag low carb adapted kana wala ng gutom gaya namin.
