          Exercise : Stomach Vacuum -- I do this kahit


          anong oras kahit nakaupo ako nagcocomputer,


          even while driving.. kahit nagluluto.. try nyo


          ang laking tulong magpaliit ng tummy.... just


          pull your stomach inward .. inhale and hold it


          up to kaya nyo then release (repeat nyo lng til


          magsawa na kayo) if kaya nyo gradually


          increase yung count like 20 sec then 40 sec


          and so on... sarrrap sa pakiramdam feeling nyo


          may abs na agad kayo
