friend, one of the leaders of the U.S-based committee of
the Institute, who served as treasurer of the foundation

for many years:

R' Moshe ben Baruch Hezghian zt”l

He labored in Torah and chessed all the days of his life;
he established a Beis Knesses, and brought many back

from sin.
He passed away on 16th of Iyar, 5781
