                 2.	 If a man emitted semen in a situation of piku’ach nefesh,
                     his wife is not obligated to fulfill his testament and suffer
                     from being unable to remarry for two years [for even when
                     the pregnancy results from insemination she may not re-
                     marry until twenty four months have elapsed] and endure
                     further difficulty in remarrying because of her child who
                     is dependent on her. Both she and the child may be the
                     subject of rumor and her child will be of tainted lineage.

                 3.	 If she swore to him [to fulfill his wish that she be fertilized
                     with his semen posthumously], she should not violate her
                     oath, though further reflection is necessary.
