Developed on 25 acres comprised of 7 separate lots, the design/build scope called

for installation of all sanitary and storm water run-off, electric, and phone infra-
structure for future building development. During phase 1 development, Wal-

greens elected to construct a new location at the intersection of Taylor and Main.

A 10,000-square foot multi-tenant retail building was erected at the intersection

Manchester and Taylor road. The retail center, built of brick and stone veneer, is
protected by a mansard roof with shingles, a glass light cupola clock tower wel-

comes guests into the Town Center.

Phase 2 called for a new freestanding clock tower to be constructed at the intersec-
tion of Taylor and Main.
