In a continuing effort to revitalize the area, Walgreens chose a site containing 2 pre-
viously abandoned gas stations. The build site will feature plenty of parking on the
North, South, and East sides of the building with a drive-thru pharmacy window
along the East side. The Northern side of the building will serve as a receiving area
with 2-masonry trash container stalls. TW Constructors began work on the fast-
tracked project in late June 2004 with a hand-off in December 2004.
