Edison Schools: Walnut Park Phase III & South City Campus

After the completion of 4 previous educational projects in the St. Louis area,

New York based Edison Schools elected TW Constructors to once again exceed
their expectations by completing two fast-tracked educational projects

simultaneously. The Walnut Park expansion project provided a budget of $2.8 mil-

lion to build a new expansion to the school. After working together to establish

detailed budgets and schedules for a $2.8 million expansion and renovation at their
Walnut Park campus and a $600,000 cosmetic upgrade for the South City Campus

construction was ready to begin. While the South City Campus was completed

in time for summer school programs and fall classes, the Walnut Park project was
completed 28 days ahead of schedule removing the need for temporary quarters.

Through our superior dedication and project management, we have established a

solid relationship with Edison Schools. At the completion of this project, Edison
Schools tasked TW Constructors to oversee a series of capital projects in 2008.
