In the first of three phases, TW Constructors was tasked with turning this
15,000-square foot abandoned warehouse into a new school, office space, and
support facilities for the St. Louis area. With a strict 12-week schedule,
TW Constructors self-performed a full interior demolition of the space before
providing all carpentry, drywall, and acoustical ceilings.
