Following up on the successful completion of several projects with Schnucks,
the engineering department approached TW Constructors to team up for this

unique state-of-the-art urban anchor grocery store. We were invited back based

on our past performance, attention to quality, ability to provide meaningful

pre-construction budget and construction services. Due to our dedication, the
project was completed on tie, within budget, and without sacrificing our

commitment to “Building Community”.

We were able to partner with our affiliate company, Mechanical Solutions, to

provide a full range of services on this project by utilizing the knowledge and

experience of HVAC and plumbing professionals.
