INVESTMENT OPPORTUNTIY
1547 is seeking $20.0 million from a limited number of investors for equity partnership interests in the 1547
General Partnership (the “GP”) and participation alongside management in all new data center projects.
An investor will acquire equity in both the existing 1547 platform consisting of four operating data centers -
Orangeburg, NY, Cheyenne, WY, Toronto, ON, and Kapolei, HI – and two data centers under development –
San Francisco, CA and Chicago, IL – collectively known as “Portfolio 1” (see chart below) and will have the
opportunity to participate in the next tranche of assets currently in various stages of diligence (“Portfolio 2”).
The investor will also be buying into 1547’s retail colocation operations which are structured as a separate
company.
