1547 is focused on building portfolios through opportunistic acquisition, development, repositioning, and
operation of data centers. The investment team leverages industry contacts established over the last 20 years
to uncover high quality, strategically located, network critical, unique properties that provide the opportunity for
value creation that provides investors above-market investment returns.
Data Center Product Types and Deal Structures. 1547 pursues market opportunities across a variety of
data center product types with various structures. The opportunities will typically be filtered based on meeting
a set of standards for consideration and generally fall into one of the following categories:
■ Greenfield Opportunities. Development of land into turnkey, build-to-suit, or powered-shell data center
facilities.
■ Retrofit and Conversions. Upgrade or improvement of an existing, underutilized data center asset(s), or
the conversion of non-data center assets that exist in strategically advantageous and/or highly favorable
geographies.
■ Single Site Acquisitions or Strategic Partnerships. Single location facility owners trying to dispose all or
a portion of their assets. 1547 will also seek facilities, or portfolios, owned by private equity investors at the
end of their investment horizon. The common thread of these investments is that 1547 can extract upside
value through a lease-up, improvement, or strategic expansion of the asset.
