Portfolio 2: The 1547 Investment Pipeline

1547’s investment pipeline after the Portfolio 1 acquisitions is a collection of public and off-market opportunities (“Portfolio 2”). The
opportunities are in various stages of progress, but each provides a competitive and strategic advantage for 1547 and our investors.
Portfolio 2 will consist of approximately six data center asset acquisitions identified from the list below. The opportunities of highest
probability are prioritized, listed as #1 to #6 in the schedule below. These opportunities are beyond initial discussions and are either in
the stages of memorandum of understanding (executed), letter of intent (executed), or definitive agreement negotiations.
