Lemon Posset

                                      served with buttery shortbread and raspberries


                                        Serving time approx. 5 minutes




           Ingredients required:                                                Equipment required:

           • Prepared lemon possets                                              • Sharp knife

           • Prepared shortbread

           • Raspberries








           Pantry Ingredients required:

           • Icing sugar (optional)










          1. Carefully trim the shortbread into a rectangle. Then carefully cut the
             remaining shortbread into equal sized fingers.

          2. Place lemon posset in the centre of the plate and sprinkle with a few fresh
             raspberries. Place 2 shortbread fingers per person onto the plate.

          3. Finally dust the plate with a little icing sugar.

          4. Serve and enjoy.
