CrèmeBrûlée





                                      Serving time approx. 5-10 minutes




           Ingredients required:                                                Equipment required:

           • Prepared crème brûlée                                              • Blow torch or pre-heated grill














           Pantry Ingredients required:

           • Caster sugar for dusting










          1. Before serving, sprinkle a level teaspoon of caster sugar over the top of
             each dessert and gently shake until there is an even covering of sugar and
             then blow torch until golden brown.

          2. If you do not have a blow torch you can place them under a grill on a high
             heat for 1-2 minutes to caramelise the sugar. You will have to leave for a
             while to cool after.

          3. Place ramekins on a serving plate (once cooled if caramelised under the
             grill).

          4. Serve and enjoy!
