Chocolate Mousse

                                                served with chantilly cream


                                       Serving time approx. 10 minutes




           Ingredients required:                                                Equipment required:

           • Prepared chocolate                                                  • Sharp knife
              mousse
                                                                                 • Fine grater
           • 125ml double cream
                                                                                 • Hand whisk
           • Remaining dark chocolate
                                                                                 • Mixing bowl





           Pantry Ingredients required:

           • 1 tsp white sugar










          1. Add your cream and sugar to a mixing bowl and whisk until light and
             fluffy.

          2. Place your mousse in the middle of a side plate, you can either quenelle
             the cream by dipping the spoon in hot water first and then running
             through the cream, or just place a spoon of the whipped cream in the
             centre of each mousse.

          3. Grate the remaining dark chocolate onto a chopping board, using a large
             kitchen knife scrape half onto the edge of the knife and then pick up and
             drop directly over the mousse, this will give you a straight line of grated
             chocolate.

          4. Serve and enjoy!
