Special Buchi


                                                                                        Yield: 36 pcs
              For the filling:
             2 c black monggo beans (mashed)

             1 can condensed milk
             2 c sugar
             ½ c all purpose cream

             ½ c butter
             1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 3 tbsp milk

              For the dough
              4 c glutinous rice flour
             ½ c water

             1 c water
             3 ½ c sweet potatoes mashed

             5 egg whites
             3 c sesame seeds (toasted)
             extra glutinous flour for dusting



             In a wok, put monggo bean paste, condensed milk, sugar, all purpose

             cream and butter. When almost done, put cornstarch mixture. Let it
             cool.



             In a bowl, mix glutinous rice, water, sugar and mashed sweet
             potatoes. Form into balls and put the filling. Roll the balls.



             Dip in egg whites and roll in sesame seeds.



             Steam for 15-20 minutes to cook fully. Deep fry in boiling oil for 5
             minutes.
