Special Polvoron



                                                                                       Yield: 6 dozens
             7 c full cream milk powder

             4 c all purpose flour (toasted)
             4 c white sugar
             4 c melted unsalted butter

             2 c toasted peanuts (ground)



             In a bowl, combine toasted flour, full cream milk powder, sugar,
             toasted peanuts and butter.



             Mold polvoron using polvoron molders.



             Line in baking pans and chill for 30 minutes.


             Wrap in Japanese paper or cellophane wrappers.
