Special Chicken Asado Buns


            For the filling:                          For the dough:             Yield:
             ½ kg chicken, shredded                   1 tbsp yeast
            1 box cheese, diced                       ½ c warm water for yeast mixture

            6 eggs, boiled and chopped                ½ c warm water for sugar and salt
            ½ c onion, minced                         mixture

            ⅓ c sausage, sliced                       ¼ c brown sugar
            1 ¼ c potato cubes                        ¼ tbsp salt
            ⅛ c sugar                                 6 c bread flour

            ⅛ tbsp pepper                             ⅓ c vegetable oil
            ¼ tbsp worcestershire sauce               1 c milk (room temperature)

            1 tbsp seasoning                          2-3 c bread crumbs
            5 tbsp cornstarch,                        ½ - 1 c flour for hands
              dissolved in ¼ c water

            ¼ c oil
            ¾ c minced bell pepper



            Dissolve yeast in ½ c warm water. In a separate bowl, dissolve ½ c warm
            water, salt and brown sugar. Set aside.



             Sift flour in a mixing bowl and add vegetable oil.



            Add the yeast mixture as well as the sugar and salt mixture.



            Add milk. Knead the dough. Shape into a ball. Put into a greased bowl
            covered with a damp cheesecloth.



            After an hour and a half, punch dough and roll flat on the work surface.
            Form into a ball and return to the greased bowl. Let it rise again for 30
