- Fruit trees

Fruit trees are such a blessing in the garden, with the fruit they bear,
their flowers, and some are incredibly ornamental like the Peach tree.

Mangoes, Avocados, and tropical fruit trees like Banana and Papaya grow really well
in Botswana. And so to, do trees that would fit well into any Mediterranean garden,
such as Mulberry, Figs, Olives, Pomegranates and Citrus species. Peach and
Nectarine trees also grow vigorously, and look so attractive from late Winter to
Spring, when they begin to flower.
Indigenous fruit trees like Azanza garckeana (Morojwa), Xanthodercis zambesiaca
(Nyala), Sclerocarya birrea (Marula), and Adansonia digitata (Mowana), are particularly
    easy to grow.
Protect the frost sensitive trees like Banana and Papaya in winter. When planting
any of these trees in the garden, make sure you dig a large hole, add some compost,
and water in well. S.C (photos from Pixabay)
