• Our Recruitment philosophy
• Recruitment is an essential and crucial element in managing
talent. It all starts with bringing in new talent. There are two
main forces that drive us to step up in recruitment:
• the business environment and
• the external labor market in which we operate.
• The different departments need to continue to infuse talent
with a special focus on skills, professionalism staff in order
to support our growth ambitions. At the same time. we all
know that the labor markets are tough
• It is our ambition to support SOMABAY with these talent
challenges.
