• Nonexempt salaried employees will be paid at the rate
of one and one-half times their regular hourly rate of

pay for all time worked in excess of 8 hours in any one
day and 40 hours in any one workweek.

• Overtime is never at the employee’s discretion and

must receive prior approval of the direct manager.
