Then So You Want To Be A Leader is for you!

This leadership development program will educate non-supervisory employees on the

knowledge and fundamental practices required for pursuing leadership opportunities at
Johns Hopkins Bayview. By focusing on leadership topics such as people, service, quality,
finances, safety, diversity and operations, employees will build skills to prepare them to lead
in numerous capacities. This year-long program is composed of instructional workshops,
assignments and projects. It is open to all Hopkins employees working on the Johns Hopkins

Bayview campus.
