ROADREADY Concierge service keeps weekends worry-free
There’s something freeing about escaping the city on a Friday night, with nothing but an
open road in front of you
and a cottage retreat as your destination. But what many of us forget is that every mile you travel to the cottage is one more mile between you and your local car dealership. If something goes wrong – whether it’s a flat
tire, a broken windshield,
or even lost keys – it pays
to have someone close by when your cottage commute doesn’t go as planned.
“It’s happened to the best of us,” says Michael Murillo, manager of Mercedes-Benz Barrie. “You take out your phone and your keys drop in the water at the cottage, or a stone from the
road ends up in your windshield. But these incidents shouldn’t put a hold on your weekend plans.”
That’s why Mercedes-Benz has created the Cottage Country Concierge Service.
“Say you did drop your keys
in the water, or get a flat tire and need a tow, we’ll be here to help,” says Michael.

Mercedes-Benz’s Cottage Country Concierge Service offers 24/7 roadside assistance, towing assistance, urgent care assistance, along with courtesy, or loaner, vehicles for you to use if your vehicle needs to be serviced.
“If you need a tow, you won’t be left stranded. We’ll arrange to have roadside assistance tow to our location, and pick you and your family up with alternative transportation or meet you with a loaner vehicle at the dealership to get you set up with another vehicle to drive until the vehicle is fixed,” says Michael. If you lose your keys, no problem. “Give us a call and let us know where to find you. We’ll be there with an alternative fob.”
This service is available for
all Mercedes-Benz vehicles, whether your vehicle is new or pre-owned, purchased or leased.
With autumn ahead, cottage weekends are a precious commodity, which is why Michael and his team at Mercedes-Benz put such an emphasis on getting you back behind the wheel and on your way.
