Simply heat vinegar 5 days • Bring balsamic vinegar to a a a a low simmer • Add crushed chilis and sliced jalapeños • Simmer over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes • Remove from heat and let cool • Pour into a a very clean bottle • Store bottle in cupboard and let steep for about 2 weeks • Filter and decant into a a a a a a a very clean bottle Store in in a a a a a a cool dark place • 2 cups (500 ml) balsamic vinegar • 2 tbsp (30 ml) crushed chilis • 2 jalapeño peppers thinly sliced 118
