International Jet Sport Boating Association will be hosting a St. Clair River Classic Offshore Powerboat Race
National Race at Lakeview Park, Belle River, Ontario July 16-17 7/29 - 7/31/2011...Powerboats will race in different classes
as part of the Great Lakes Silver Cup Series and the
Offshore Super Series. Hospitality tents, family friendly
activites, music, games and live entertainment will line
the river. join in the excitement!

There are several antique boat shows around the lake and up the
St. Clair River. Our area has a significant heritage of boat building,
especially in Algonac, where these photos were taken at last year's event.
