             Summertime
             Cocktails

   Watermelon Martini 1 1/2 oz. vodka, 1/2 oz. lime

    juice, 1/2 oz. triple sec, 6 frozen watermelon cubes, 1/2
    shaker of ice, 1/2 oz. chambord. Place all ingredients into
    a shaker and mixed well.

   Sea Breeze 2 oz. vodka, 3 oz. cranberry juice, 2 oz. grape-

    fruit juice. Shake ingredients with ice and then strain into
    a tall glass.

   Southern Sparkler 1 1/4 oz. of each: Southern Comfort,

    grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, soda. Mix together and
    shake with ice.

   Lemon Drops for Two 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, 2 TB.

    vodka, 1/2 tsp. sugar, crushed ice 1/2 sliced lemon, 2 sprigs
    fresh mint. In a large glass, combine lemon juice, vodka
    and sugar. Stir until dissolved, then pour into glasses filled
    with crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon slice and sprig of
    mint.

   Red Rooster 2 oz. vodka, 4 oz. cranberry juice, 1/2

    oz. orange juice. Pour in vodka. Fill glass to 3/4 full with
    cranberry juice. Splash with orange juice. Stir.

   Mojito Add a small handful of mint leaves to the bottom

    of a glass. Add 1 tsp. of sugar, 1/2 a lime cut into fourths.
    Muddle (crush) the mint with the sugar and lime to release
    the flavor and get juice from lime. Add 2 oz, of good
    golden rum, ice, and top off with club soda.

   Hemingway Daiquiri for 2 Juice of 1/4 of a grape-

    fruit, juice of 1 lime, 4 oz. golden or dark rum. 1-2 tsp.
    sugar, 1 tsp. of marichino cherry juice. Add all this to a
    shaker with ice. Shake well to make a little foam and froth
    for the top. Pour out into a tall glass. Garnish with a slice
    of lime.

   The Moscow Mule 1 3/4 oz vodka, 1/2 oz lime juice,

    ginger beer (or ginger ale), lime wedge for garnish. Pour
    the vodka and lime juice into a highball glass with ice
    cubes. Top off with the ginger beer. Garnish with the lime
    wedge.
