The extension to the existing outlet village with the construction of 34 new shop units, approximately 430
new carparking spaces, together with a new tourist information centre, office extension, associated service
yards and ancillary areas totalling a gross external area of 81,074 sq ft.
The construction incorporates rainwater harvesting, grey water re‐use and all timber specified from sustain‐
able sources.
