Extension to existing retail unit within the main Blanchardstown shopping centre. This project included
an extension to an existing retail unit to form a new pharmacy and shop for Boots.
The project required substantial upgrading to mechanical and electrical works (including heating) and
extensive demolitions and alterations to existing walls etc to extend the unit. The shopping centre cam‐
pus was fully operational throughout the construction works and deliveries were scheduled in accor‐
dance with the centre management logistic plan.
