Total Support System (TSS)

Features

OSHA requires that all gas detectors be tested and certified to be accurate once a year.

U-TECK provides factory trained personnel to support all of our gas detectors.

In order to assist our customers, U-TECK offers a unique service called the Total Support System (TSS). Most of
these services can be performed on your premises with minimal work interruption.
All you have to do is call U-TECK at 1-800-542-7011 to schedule factory trained personnel to visit your location.
If any unit is found to require more intensive repairs, they will note this on the itemized bill for you to handle per
your company policy.

If a unit is found to be in need of repair, an attempt will be made to fix the unit on your premises. In many cases,
units can be repaired in this way. For these repairs, you will be charged only for the parts. The labor is covered
under the T.S.S. charge when these minor repairs are made on-site.

For units that cannot be repaired on-site, we offer a complete repair program. Staffed by authorized, factory
trained personnel, our repair department can quickly review your unit and repair it accordingly.

Billing
The TSS program is charged on a per-unit basis. At the time of certification, an itemized bill is made out and
then given to the supervisor for approval and signature.

Payment options might include customer billing with a purchase order or payment by MasterCard, Visa or
American Express.
