Russian Salad
from Ana Maria
For seven years, Ana Maria has

vegetables, she creates delicious
dishes, with her favorite being a
healthy, easy Russian salad from her
Uruguayan homeland. Ana Maria
believes cooking with love makes
every bite better, and her time with

culinary horizons and deepened her
appreciation for its community impact.

Ingredients
•
6 potatoes, peeled
•
Assorted vegetables to taste
•
1/2 cup cubed, fully cooked ham
(or other choice of meat)
•
1/2 cup mayonnaise (or to taste)
Directions
1. 2. Bring a large pot of water to boil.
Add potatoes and cook for 5
to 10 minutes. Add vegetables
and continue boiling until
potatoes are tender, and
additional 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Drain and slightly cool mixture.
4. Chop potatoes and vegetables,
then combine with ham/
meat in a large bowl.
5. Stir in mayonnaise until
salad is evenly coated.
