                                                  Employee of the Month

               Objective:

               Indovision Services Pvt. Ltd. appreciates the efforts of its employees to achieve corporate goals and to
               fulfill its vision statement. Outstanding employees deserve to be recognized both as a reward for
               e x c e p t i o n a l p e r f o r m a n c e a n d a s a m o d e l t o o t h e r e m p l o y e e s .

               Eligibility:

               All full- and part-time regular employees are eligible for to participate in the Employee-of-the-Month
               Program. All employees who have been employed at least 3 months are eligible.

               Process & Procedures:
               This is a monthly program that recognizes employees who go above and beyond typical job expectations,
               provide outstanding customer service, or perform distinctive achievements that impact the
               department/organization. The achievements/accomplishments for which the employee is being
               r e c o g n i z e d m u s t h a v e b e e n a c c o m p l i s h e d w i t h i n t h e l a s t 3 0 d a y s .

               How to Nominate:

                   Vertical Head will have the right to nominate one employee every month through mail to its HR - BP
                    with detail of why the employee has been nominated? What remarkable job he/she has done.

                   HR- BP will be submitting the report with his/her recommendation to the HR Head within the

                    publicized deadline date i.e. (25 of every month). No anonymous submissions will be accepted.
                   Ones the nomination is received the Panel from COO Office (CEO, COO & HR Head) will evaluate
                    and will announce the EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH on last working day of every month.

                   The Employee of the month will be given Rs. 1000 as onetime Bonus. Together with the
                    appreciation certificate.

               Instant Award

               Regardless of your employee base, it is imperative to establish a process for on the spot recognition. An
               Instant Award Recognition Program is to makes instant recognition a breeze!

               Under this program the HOD of the Reporting Manager can reward the team instantly by giving Instant
               Award Cards when employees achieve goals or go above and beyond their required duties. Together
               with a gift (Budget – Rs. 100)
