This week has been busy in Year 6R. Students completed the ‘Knowledge Harvest’
for the new topic for this term ‘Signs and Symbols. The students have been
introduced to their new topic in Science ‘Animals including Humans’. They have
been focusing on the structure and function of the human heart. In Humanities
session, the students have looked at the use of symbols thousands of years ago,
by finding out about Cave Painting. In Mathematics we have been looking at
reflection, rotation and translation of 2-D shapes.
