THE “IDEAL” TEACHER NEEDED FOR THIS SCHOOL.

An ideal teacher for this particular school needs to be all rounded, in a sense
that they can master the content & engage with their learners on both academic
and personal level. The teacher needs to be good in classroom management to
minimize disciplinary problems. Taking into consideration the location and

surroundings of the school the teacher should practice the pedagogy of care in
accommodating learners who come from poor background. Be familiar with the
type of problems your learners have and try by all means to assist them where
you can.
